Last Thursday, May 15th, we celebrated our annual event at the CaixaBank Ágora in Murcia.
This year's event, which was attended by around 55 people, was dedicated to B2B eCommerce, under the slogan: “Digital B2B - Sharing Experiences"
An opportunity to share knowledge, experiences and success stories
Our goal this year was, as its motto indicates, to "Share experiences." And today we can say that we achieved our goal.
Market trends and the challenges faced by B2B companies marked the first part of the day:
- Hand in hand with the digital consultancy LIN3S, we learned very revealing data about the expectations of the current B2B buyer and companies' ability to provide the expected response in terms of digitalization. According to the study carried out by them on more than 130 Spanish companies, only 44.63% of B2B companies have specific portals to offer the autonomy and agility of processes that the current B2B buyer expects.
- Hero Spain, MT Group and LIN3S spoke at the round table “Digital Challenges in B2B Companies,” about their experience in the digital transformation process, and delved into the most important challenges and learnings they are having.

After a break that we used for networking, we moved on to a second phase in which we talked about success stories, strategies and key tools for digital transformation.
- Ewheel told us about the digital strategy they have followed to cover the needs and requirements of their business: B2B, B2C, PIM for catalog management and tool integration.
- From PcComponentes, we saw the importance and need to incorporate fulfillment into an eCommerce strategy, to optimize order management and improve the customer experience.
- Shopify, Sales Layer and Shoppingfeed spoke, during the round table “Solutions to improve your B2B results”, about the integration and collaboration of different platforms and tools that facilitate management and improve the user experience in a B2B eCommerce environment.
