Silvia Navarro is a designer of party and wedding dresses, with all manufacturing done in Spain. The brand has 6 official stores and collaborates with different authorized points of sale.
The objective has been to renew the current online store, achieving a more flexible and sustainable business continuity model, both in the national and international markets, incorporating Omnichannel processes to improve the shopping experience for its customers.
The brand, which has 7 stores in Spain, had a problem with its previous online store on Prestashop that did not allow it to adequately manage the availability of dresses and their preparation so that customers could experience the full customer journey as it was designed.
So we designed the best online shopping experience by incorporating availability information from headquarters and stores into the store, helped connect the POS to facilitate sales team management, and redefined order processes, all connected to their A3ERP.
The result is a more international store that provides more ability to boost sales for the e-commerce team, improves commercial management in physical stores, and saves operational costs.
