MT Group is a company with over 50 years of experience manufacturing motorcycle helmets and gear under the MT Helmets, AXXIS Helmets, and Seventy Degrees brands.
Driven by a digital business transformation process and with the goal of strengthening sales across different channels, we developed a project to revamp our digital sales and management platforms.
The objective is to build unified commerce platforms with B2B and D2C sales models, supported by a website and a PIM integrated with the ERP. This also includes the group's brands: Helmets, Seventy Degrees, and AXXIS.
The proposed solution includes an integrated architecture of the following platforms:
- Shopify Plus : A unified commerce platform that enables B2B and D2C channels to operate with the same technology, connected to corporate systems and other platforms in the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Sales Layer : A PIM (Product Information Management) platform for the unified management of the group's digital catalog content and its connection to the most common digital channels.
- A process integration hub that orchestrates the integration of information between systems in an automated manner.
- A SaaS solution that offers greater speed to the business, less management by the IT team, and greater flexibility and autonomy for the group's business departments.
