Hero Group is a company with over 100 years of history dedicated to manufacturing natural, quality, healthy, and readily available food products.
Despite being a company with a purely B2B business channel, the digital department in Spain has managed to develop a sales channel for consumers and create a loyal and recurring customer base.
The project, initially approached with the Magento platform, needed a business boost to expand into the cluster markets (Spain, Portugal, and Italy) and provide the digital team with tools that would allow greater agility in marketing management and increased automation of processes with their SAP ERP.
The migration to Shopify has achieved the following:
- boosted international sales
- attributed sales to each cluster company
- improved financial management associated with the online store
- automated stock management
- improved sales of product bundles
- enabled tools for promotion management
