Hero Group is a company with over 100 years of history dedicated to producing natural, high-quality, healthy, and readily available foods.
Hero's goal was to create a sales portal for end customers, turning it into a key point of engagement with them, optimizing and automating sales and customer service processes.
The portal must be able to keep up with the company's changes and growth, incorporating new processes that help improve service and build customer loyalty.
The project has been organized in 6 phases.
1. Defining the store with HERO, aligning business objectives with the possibilities offered by technology:
2. Definition of general configuration aspects such as tax matrix, countries of sale, product options, delivery methods, etc.
3. Definition of catalog categories or types of products for sale.
4. Design of the main screens with usability criteria and traffic conversion into sales.
5. Construction of a customized sales portal integrated with HERO's corporate management system.
6. Design and installation of the systems infrastructure required for e-commerce with the goal of maximizing outsourcing services to a secure data center.
