Guascor Energy was founded in 1966 and has since become a global manufacturer of gas and diesel engines, designed for power generation, waste-to-energy conversion, and marine use. With its headquarters located in the Basque Country, it has its own presence in over 30 countries and a network of over 50 distributors and official partners.
As part of its business's digital transformation process, the company wanted to launch a portal that would improve service to its customers throughout the entire value chain.
Following a prior digital B2B business consultancy, the B2B store enables the company to develop its spare parts sales business in its international markets and provides multiple functionalities that offer added value in the company's after-sales service, fully involving sales and operations teams.
The project is also supported by a PIM to improve content strategy and guided customer sales for each engine part.
