Front End Developer with demonstrable experience in Shopify

Technical Skills

  • Liquid:
    • Proficiency in the Liquid templating language, which is essential for developing and customizing themes in Shopify.
  • Shopify Theme Development:
    • Experience in developing and customizing Shopify themes.
    • Knowledge of the Shopify theme structure, including .liquid files, config, snippets, and assets.
  • Shopify APIs:
    • Familiarity with Shopify APIs, such as the Storefront API and Admin API.
    • Ability to integrate third-party applications and customize functionalities using the API.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Ability to optimize website speed and performance, ensuring fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
  • Version Control:
    • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • HTML/CSS:
    • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
    • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
    • Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs using frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
  • JavaScript:
    • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+.
    • Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as jQuery, React, or Vue.js.
