Upango once again participates in the Ecommerce Tour Murcia

The third edition of the Murcia Ecommerce Tour took place on March 27 at the Víctor Villegas Congress Center, a consolidated benchmark event that welcomed more than 300 e-commerce professionals.

The event once again combined high-value individual presentations with round tables that addressed relevant and current topics related to the sector.

Samuel Rodríguez and Pedro Pablo Merino, CEO and co-founders of Ecommerce News, were in charge of opening the event.

The role of social media as a sales channel, the relationship between emotional connection with brands and their results, and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on e-commerce were some of the topics discussed during the day.

Our CEO, Gonzalo Casado, moderated the round table Ecommerce in B2B companies. Participating in this panel were Blas Segarra, Senior Agency Partner Manager at Shopify, María Benedicto, Head of Owned Media & Customer Experience at Hero España, and José Miguel Cegarra, Marketing and Communication Director at Grupo Corporativo Jisap.

During the debate, the growth prospects for online commerce for 2025 were discussed, with expectations set around 75,000 million euros, as well as the current situation of the sector.

Among the points discussed during the debate, we can highlight:

  • The impact of digital campaigns on customer acquisition.
  • The need to facilitate digital transition to reduce friction in B2B processes.
  • The use of technological tools that centralize information, enabling internal collaboration within companies, such as Shopify with tools like Analytics or Sidekick.
  • How logistics impacts customer experience.

Thanks to all collaborators for making this event possible.

Here is a summary of everything that happened here.
