We recently held our annual Team Building event.
One of the values that characterizes Upango is the conviction that the company's success is achieved with a motivated, cohesive, and committed team. And that is our objective in these types of activities.
During the day, we analyzed the company's results, discussed the challenges for the second half of the year, and carried out activities aimed at strengthening group cohesion and, above all, enjoying time with colleagues outside of the usual routine.
Immersed in the beautiful area of San Javier, we carried out different activities and group dynamics in which we "tested" our trust, strengthened team spirit, and also laughed a lot.
And to finish the event, we enjoyed delicious dishes from our Murcian gastronomy at Kinita Restaurant.
If there is one thing that makes us proud as a company, it is our team and their commitment to the project. We see it every day, and events like yesterday's reaffirm it.
